The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program in Vancouver, WA.

Starting July 1, 2026, the federal Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program makes Wegovy® and Zepbound® reachable for eligible Medicare beneficiaries at a flat $50 per month.

Storm Wellness Northwest is enrolling Clark County patients now — Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Battle Ground, Camas, and surrounding areas.

Who qualifies
  • Enrolled in Medicare Part D (Original Medicare or Medicare Advantage)
  • Meet BMI and weight-related health criteria defined by CMS
  • Cleared by a clinician — no contraindications to GLP-1 therapy
  • Willing to commit to monthly clinical follow-up while on the medication
How it works

Four steps to $50/month GLP-1.

01

Eligibility review

We confirm Medicare enrollment, review your medication list, and screen for the BMI and cardiometabolic criteria the Bridge Program uses.

02

Clinical visit

A full metabolic workup — labs, body composition, medication and medical history — so the GLP-1 plan fits your physiology, not a script.

03

Bridge enrollment

We submit the paperwork for the federal Bridge Program and confirm your $50/month pricing on Wegovy or Zepbound starting July 1, 2026.

04

Ongoing care

Monthly check-ins, dose titration, muscle and nutrition guidance — the part that keeps the medication working safely long term.
